The freight volume of the "Bay Area Code" China Europe freight train has increased by 1.5 times, with 48 trains operating in the first quarter of 2023

   According to Shenzhen Customs on April 25th, in the first quarter of 2023, a total of 48 "Bay Area Code" China Europe freight trains were operated, carrying 34300 tons of goods, with year-on-year growth of 77.77% and 149.95%, respectively. The value of goods reached as high as 900 million yuan.

   It is understood that the "Bay Area Code" China Europe Express has been operating since August 2020 and has maintained a good growth trend over the past two years. The logistics organization is becoming increasingly mature, resource utilization is steadily improving, and the supply of goods is constantly expanding. As of now, the "Bay Area Code" China Europe Express has opened a total of 17 routes, connecting to multiple countries such as Germany, Poland, and Russia, attracting over 4000 local and surrounding enterprises in Shenzhen to transport goods.

   The relevant person in charge of Shenzhen Customs stated that in order to support the high-quality development of the "Bay Area Code" China Europe freight train, the Customs continues to optimize the supervision of actual goods and customs clearance service guarantee of the train, fully meets the needs of enterprises, and implements the "7 × 24 "hour appointment for customs clearance, providing" point-to-point "services to ensure that enterprises can timely pass customs inspection and ship on time. For the export goods of local leading enterprises, Shenzhen Customs provides regulatory services such as "one enterprise, one policy" and priority inspection, customizing and creating high-quality trains for enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, creating a good customs clearance and business environment, and helping more local goods in the Greater Bay Area to board the "Bay Area Code" train for export.
